Currently, we have openings for the following positions:
Provide client support to new as well as existing clients to maintain product satisfaction and expand product use within the client's organization.
Proactively supporting product users to quickly optimize their use of the product and maximize the value proposition for the client.
This position will work in partnership with production and product development to support each client's product adoption, satisfaction & retention and identify new sales opportunities.
Participate in all post-sales deployment activities, including creating comprehensive, user friendly user training material, and managing the deployment project.
Facilitate hands-on classroom training and on-line self-help tutorials.
The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact and support to new clients.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in Post Sales support and/or training organization with customer facing responsibilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (word, excel, powerpoint).
Comfortable with communication technology and concepts.
Good customer relationship building skills.
Prior project management skills preferred.
Bachelor's degree.
